We started raising heelers because we have grown to love the breed so much. We own 5 red heelers and 1 blue heeler, because of that we have more red puppies, occasionally we do get a blue. We live on a farm which gives them plenty of space to roam. And these are very curious dogs and love to explore. Their natural instinct is to herd and that is what they were breed to do. For that reason it is easy to train them to herd your cattle or horses. They are very high energy dogs and are very hard workers.
We spend as much time with our dogs as possible and make sure they get the best of care. We make sure that they are in a safe and clean envirionment. We feed our dogs a high quality dog food and have them checked by our vet on a regular bases. They are up to date on all worming, shots and are given Comfortis to control flees. We believe that it is necessary for us to keep our adult dogs as healthy as possible in order to produce healthy puppies. It is our goal to raise good quality puppies in order to ensure that you get the best puppy possible.
